Everywhere fast-food places tempt us with
milkshakes, frozen dairy desserts, cheeseburgers, and bean
and cheese burritos. Vacationing and keeping healthy can
be a challenge, even if you're parasailing or hiking in
the Outback. But you can get your daily dairy---it's easy!

Opt for the smoothie places, but skip
the sugar and other additives.

Carry a bag of whole milk cheese wherever
you go. If you're in France,
you're in luck---cheese everywhere.

Bring along mini-milk cartons---unless
you're hiking, then water (some
waters now have calcium) is your best bet.

If you can't eat dairy, snack on an orange--or
drink fresh-squeezed orange
juice.
